CLASS DESCRIPTION: Forrest Yoga Inspired - All Levels

The class is slow, deep, strong, mindful, conditioning and nourishing. We focus on breathing deeply, deep core work, releasing tension in the neck, unwinding the shoulders, hips and spine, while exploring the playful aspects of the practice


These are live, online taught classes via zoom. They are not pre-recorded, meaning you will get the benefit of in the moment teaching and cuing.


If you cannot make the class for any reason, a recording will be available for the same price with a 6 day expiry. Just book into the class and email Nicole for the link to the recording

HOW DOES IT WORK? Click the "BOOK NOW" button below to book into the class. If you are booked in, an email with all the necessary information (zoom link, password) will be sent out 30mins prior to the start of the class. If you book into the class up to 30mins before the class starts, you will also be able to access the link from your momoyoga schedule when you log back in.

5 Classpack £60 (3 month expiry);

10 Classpack £110 (6 month expiry)

Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and have strict expiration dates.

You may cancel a pre-booked class up to 2 hours before the class starts. If you do not cancel, you will be charged and the recording will be available to you. Any unbooked classes have a 2-week expiration date


Class packs cannot be shared

5 class packages are valid for 3 months. 10 class packages are valid for 6 months. 20 class packages are valid for 12 months

Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pack.

"Nicole has been my first yoga (and first Forrest yoga) teacher and now, five years later (or more!?) I still cannot be without her classes. I love everything of them, the pace of the classes (just perfect, never too fast or too slow), the warmth and energy that Nicole brings to them, the fact that they are always different, the strength and stability that they build in the body while at the same time releasing pressure from the neck (and thoughts from the mind!). Every movement she suggests you to do, it is exactly what allows you to feel and be in the pose so much more!! So grateful we are still able to do classes online! Her latest workshop has been really beneficial, I felt I was immersed in a yoga retreat even if it was at home on zoom!! Really recommend Nicole’s classes to everyone!"
