My mission is to help you feel unshakeable self-belief, worth and love for yourself so you can find true joy, peace and freedom in your life. My work is compassion led, inspiring and grounded.
Thank you for visiting. I am a body image, embodiment coach, yoga teacher and mother of two girls.
I know what it is like to live in fear of food and a number on a scale.
I know what it is like to be in a constant battle with your body.
I know what it is like to carry trauma around with you.
I know what it is like to feel numb and constantly live outside of your body.
I know what it is like to lose yourself.
I know what it is like to live your life based on others' dreams and expectations.
I know what it is like to constantly strive for perfection because anything else would make you crumble.
I know what it is like to live in debilitating fear of being seen, of being truly seen in all of your imperfections.
I also know what it is like to overcome all these things, to become an inhabitant of your body and reclaim your voice, your truth, connection and freedom. I also know what it is like to welcome yourself and your spirit home.
I want to help empower you to find freedom as well, to peel away the layers and the masks so that you can go and do all the magical, scary, world-shifting, important things you were made to do.

Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about unbecoming everything that isn't really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.
My yoga teaching is strong, slow, steady, and grounded. My classes are inspired by Forrest Yoga, although I do enjoy bringing in elements from other styles including Yin and Yoga Nidra.
I teach to all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners and yoga teachers, and am also passionate about supporting woman through pregnancy and their postpartum journeys.
I am skilled at catering the poses to each person's specific needs and working with students with all kinds of injuries. It is my mission to help people move out of pain.
I deeply believe that our relationship with our body is the most crucial relationship of our lives. Whatever it is we are searching for in this life, joy, happiness, love, fulfilment, purpose, less stress, anxiety, suffering; it all begins with how we relate with our body. It all begins with living an embodied life.
