Join us in beautiful Rothamsted Park this summer for a strong and healing yoga practice

 

When: Saturdays 10.30-11.30am (starting Sat 22nd June) with some exceptions, so be sure to double check the online schedule - click button below - before attending a session

Where: From the Leyton Road main entrance, walk up the main tree-lined pathway and we will be on a flat grassy area on the left hand side

​

What to bring: Yoga mat and water (if you need to borrow a mat, please email me at yogawithnicolerose@gmail.com)

​

Price: First class £10. Drop-in £12

​

Should it rain, I will notify everyone of any cancellations by email/text.

 

--> Any prepaid* sessions will be credited back to you, available to use for any future sessions

--> If however you do prefer to just show up, do email me at yogawithnicolerose@gmail.com with your phone number to let me know you might be joining. I will then be able to notify you if the class is cancelled

​

*Note: Pre-booked sessions can be cancelled up to 2hrs before the class without charge

​
